I've been told before if it doesn't end 4 measures after where a strong finish is needed, then it won't play properly with the nightcore option. Because these don't hurt anything, and its just here to improve the map. I'm going to leave as is.

    i just want laugh when 00:40:598 - SV 1,25x but no in kiai, since you know kiai time is epic time The speed up is mostly just because this really is the hardest part of the song, and it plays much better with the speed ups, even in normal. I prefer to use it at this speed. Also I really think the chorus is the 'epic' part of this song and the time listed at 40 seconds is just really the build up. There is just a change of the flow in the instruments which may make it seem like it should be the kiai time. Hope this makes sense :)

So basically from this mod, I will be changing the difficulties up one level, and deleting the spinners. This means I won't be deleting any notes since they fit the level now.

Well this is retrospective since I'm writing this after I typed out the line of the mods, but the map in general and especially the hit sounds... AMAZING! Similar to what I tried to do in the map that you modded of mine. Though this is 10^5 times better. Ok, ok I'll calm down :3

Here we go:

General
I have nothing in general to say that would help you, but I figured that a better background image would suit better. I don't have anything against the picture in particular, it just looks a bit outdated that's all. It's an '07 anime right? Here are some in case you want them. I re-sampled them all just for you :3 In the order from most recommended:

Hard
  1. 00:03:255 (1) - Personally, I would have mapped the snares that you can hear at the start. On each of the white ticks and the two at 00:05:286 & 00:05:442. A spinner works fine though.
  2. 00:29:505 - Sounds strange if you don't map this beat. Maybe shorten 00:29:192 (6) slider and add a note where the tail was on the timeline. If you decide to do this, of course you have to add the whistle on (7), but I don't need to tell you that! :P
  3. 00:38:880 (5,6,7) - This part already sounds freaking amazing, but it in my opinion it would sound a bit better if you do the following:
    1. 00:38:880 (5) - Shorten this slider by a 1/4 note by leaving the tail where it is, and have the head here 00:39:036 on the blue tick.
    2. 00:38:880 - Add a note here with a whistle.
  4. 00:40:286 - Since I've moved the notes around a bit the numbers are different. So to avoid confusion, add whistle at this point which is on the end of the kick slider.
  5. 00:41:223 - A note here might work better.
  6. 01:12:473 (9) - Ok, so add a clap or whistle on the head and a whistle on the reverse part? Sounds pretty cool. Or make it a subtle (since it is barely audible in the song) by decreasing the volume a bit.
  7. 01:03:567 - You could also do with a note here.
  8. 01:13:567 - ^ Ahhh maybe not for these. Having a note there and not having it there both work. Even with a note here 01:13:723 would work. Your decision, of course.
  9. 01:22:630 (9) - NC perhaps?
  10. 01:22:942 (3,4,5) - Also add whistles on these. Any arrangement would do. It's subtle but that whistle will definitely make that bit sounds better! A gradual rise in volume to what it's currently at might work for this bit too 01:22:630 (1,2,3,4,5).

  1. 00:22:317 (3,4) - Wow I'm so picky, but perfectly blanket this. I'll get you back for exposing my dodgy blankets :P Move the tail of (4) up 1 square. Yes, that's right, 1 square :lol: (grid level 4 of course)

  3. 01:22:005 (5,6,7,8,9) - Ah I see you added some of those whistles here, which I talked about in Hard.

I actually decided to change this thanks to your comment here, however I think I found a different image thats more suitable for the song because the pink haired girl is apparently the main girl in this season. I ended up finding quite a decent picture, so I think you will even like it :) I do like the pictures, but the white haired girl isn't even really supposed to be in this season or something. I still need to actually watch this show to find out.

Thanks for the mod. I really loved the suggestions to use the soft sampleset to remove the excess and unneeded noise. I was able to use this technique with a few notes during the kiai time as well. I had a friend attempt making a hard+/insane but it didn't end up being completed because it felt overmapped, so its hard to create an insane for this song with the limited beats lol :P

Edit: your insane is actually pretty nice. :)

wow thanks for the star! and yeah I agree I should. I'll probably end up doing that once I get more conformation. I started watching the first season, and I'm on Ep9, Glad I chose this song to map, as I'm really looking forward to when I get to the 2nd season :)

00:30:442 (56) - ^ like above. I also like to have the extra k's before approaching the new measure, because there is no audible drums here. this is just added for the sake of having more notes..... which I don't like to do (which is why i can't map Taiko)
00:34:817 (65) - ^ yeah, changed this. doesn't fit at the start of a new measure.
00:37:942 (71) - ^ same as the rest. empty note, k works good here.

I'm really glad for this mod, like really glad. You went and showed me that overmapping is garbage which I personally believe as well, and helped me revert, and improve on my difficulty. Next time, I'll just stick to what I like.

Thanks for the mod. I didn't use any of the suggestions mostly because this song follows only the drum line and not the vocals (with one or two exceptions)
