Explain the issue you are having:



Is it reproducible? If so, explain the steps to do so:

1. Do something
2. Do something else
3. osu! explodes in a million pieces!



Include any relevant video or screenshots, and hardware information for hard crashes or lag issues:




For some reason, when I open Osu! it will immediately close saying I have a version that's too old. And then here comes the updater. It will update up to 21% then it will go back to 0% and stop at 11%. It will then show an error. I will post a picture of it:

For the record, tell us what anti-wirus/firewall programs you are using. I want to compile a list of those that cause problems and a list of solutions if possible.

Just disable your virusscanner, and then it will run just fine.

Also if you have the time, please report the false positive to your virus scanner's website. I've tried to do this but it sometimes requires multiple people to report the false positive for anything to actually happen.

I'd like to add that some antivirus editors (like AVG) need you to send the file that has a false positive report. So when you have a FP, DO NOT restart the game/updater and make a copy of the FP file, then you can contact the editor.
