What is AWA?

Anime Weekend Atlanta (AWA) is a Japanese Animation (Anime) & Comics (Manga) convention held in the Atlanta, Georgia area.

AWA was first organized in 1994, with the first convention held in 1995. Since then, AWA has been recognized as one of the most popular Japanese Animation conventions in the United States, and one of the top ten attended anime conventions in North America*.

I'll be (and with a group of AZ Touhou cosplayers) attending to AWA. this would be my 2nd time attending a con outside of my state and pretty excited to go.

I'll be going to AWA since it's only like 20 minutes from where I live. I plan to cosplay Urd from Ah! My Goddess and possibly Yoruichi from Bleach, depends on my cousin-in-law.

I'll probably might go to both since I can afford it but I don't have a way of getting to Atlanta nor Dallas lol

There's car, plane, taxi, friends, walking... several of ways of getting there.
