Crazy map, but also fun at the same time.. I'll have to settle for the Insane diff though as Zetsubou! is a bit too jumpy for me :p
Technically nothing wrong with the mapset, just minor things that could be improved (pointed them out in IRC).
The difficulty spread seems fair enough for a high bpm song like this.
All in all pretty good work!

And yeah, it's supposed to be undercase. The original title is "絶望plantation" with 絶望 = Zetsubou
