Title appearing underneath the Storyboard [confirmed] [resolved]

I asked a BAT to change the color and time of the title for this map
At first it was "invisible" but then another BAT confirmed it was underneath the SB

Title with storyboard removed on visual settings:

With the storyboard:


Other maps with SB are ok so I don't know how to replicate this.

I moved this due to conflicts with playfield objects in some game modes. I guess it's a layer too low.

I already saw a think like this on this map https://osu.ppy.sh/s/24271
Some mooving parts of the SB makes the title "partially" hidden

I never reported this when I saw it because this is an old map so I don't know how the SB should work ^^"

I hope your fix ensures it is dimmed based on the graphic settings dim level, because this was the reason it ended up where it is :P.
