00:50:118 (50118|2,50294|4,50470|2,50471|6,50647|4) - something is bothering me about this part and i tried around a bit but could not come up with a better solution lol. Well what i think is that this part does not look so understandable to me. Mostly because of the note placement. Well you could try moving this note 00:50:294 (50294|4) - up to the 1/4 beatsnap so looks a bit more understandable, but you didnt do that in the previous parts of the song .. so... i don't know about that. Another way would be to move this note 00:50:823 (50823|1) - one to the left (its for the cymbals i think) so this part looks more like a ladder of kicks with a clap in it. Done, now it uses the 1st, 4th, and 7th keys.
01:09:176 - add one more note to this to give it a bit more depth? The last part were all double notes and at this part a cymbal sounds aswell. Would make it abit more stand out from the previous notes. Besides, 01:34:588 - here are 3 notes Done.
01:36:529 (96529|2) - move those notes for this sequence all one to column to the right? I think it plays better like that Done.
02:00:000 (120000|4,120000|2,120706|5,120706|1) - one more note for those 2 beats? Done.

00:55:764 (55764|2,55941|2,56117|2,56294|2) - move those notes to the first column to defuse this part a little? most people play with their left thumb and this can get tough. Its totally fine though There are more right-handers in this world I believe. But to make this fair, the middle key should always never affect the balance of usage of both hands.
01:12:705 - i think using a pattern like you did at 01:16:941 - there would be alot better No thanks.
01:26:823 - here are 2 pitch changes if you want to move some notes around. 01:27:176 (87176|2,87882|2) - are sounding lower than the other ones They're the same.

01:31:676 (91676|1,91764|1) - this looks like a mistake to me lol or is that intended? It was intended since the original chart I've done back in 2010.

Im pretty sure you heard that a thousand times but about hitsounds. I don't know if the rules are okay with just a normal softhit but i think for me personally it is fine since that song is so piano heavy. Well just pointing it out I might add hitsounds soon, but other people play fine without it so far.
Other thing is the source should be "beatmania IIDX" since that is the most commonly used source here and put "iidx 17 sirius" into tags. Just to keep it all in the format that it used to be. Done.
And about the HP drain rate on the 36 diff im sure. 8 HP makes a big drop on a miss and 8 OD makes it worse and it makes the recovery alot slower, so you drop down alot with just one miss and can recover very hard. Well it might be okay but i would use a HP rate of 7 or so. I can't test it though because this is way to hard for me XD but maybe you can do it and see which feels better and more fitting Other players in #osumania have tested it and are fine with HP Drain 8 and OD 8.
