Before I tell you anything, you got to change the Timing ASAP.

BPM: 117.55
Offset: 15521

Resnap all notes. This will take care of all problems with the notes being at 1/8. Songs generally don't land on 1/8 unless they're pretty unique or strange...This song doesn't meet that exception. If you're using 1/8 to make the song sound better, consider that you have a bad offset. :(

00:20:68 (10) - Move 1 up on Grid Level 3.
00:51:37 (4) - Move this fella to the white tick before and respace accordingly.
00:53:86 (4) - This slider should end at a white tick, not some odd 1/8. Try reshaping it to make it end there?

Inherit those time sections. I don't know the giant problem of it, but inherit the 2nd timing section and up. That's what those things are usually used for. The red bars are good for changing BPM and all. If you want to keep the same BPM, just make it inherited (Green bars~)

That's pretty much it...I think. Hope you can settle with the timing of this quickly. The map itself isn't bad, just messy around some areas.

Sorry, I don't have much to say (but that's actually kind of a good thing, no?).

In the harder difficulty, the 2nd combo starts way too close to where the first combo ends. I suggest just taking the whole first combo and sliding it over to the left a few notches, problem solved.

Anyway, nice map, have a star!

W-wait a minute. Why do you have different BPMs on the different difficulties?

I am NOT modding this further until I see why, because as I continue to mod, it gets weirder and weirder!

I really don't understand why the shooppin'-__- difficulty has 117.55 BPM while Go shoppin' has 117.26...

...I prefer 117.26, but whatever, I'm having a hard time looking at it...

I'm not a big fan of the difficulty names. They seem too similar, and I don't believe a emote is going to make a big difference.

If anything, a simple [Normal] and [Hard] will be fine, just be sure to Full Submit if you change the difficulty names.

My first recommendation would be to make the hitcircles just a tad bigger.
00:30:72 (1) - Don't make the volume so low at the end
Don't make a lot of combos with just 1 hitcircle in them, like 00:36:00 (1,1,1,1,1,1) and 00:44:19 (1,1,1,1,1). This happens throughout the map, and doesn't look nice.
01:11:31 (1) - The end of this isn't snapped to the white tick

Again, don't make so many new combos
00:36:26 (2) - Don't end this on a 1/8 note. In fact, i think its better ended on 00:37:031
00:37:41 (3) - This makes no sense at all, and doesn't work with the music
01:20:01 (1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1) - Spinner spam, and none of them can reach the 2000 bonus mark on |Auto|
01:53:52 (1 - 15) - This is kinda cool, but im not sure how well other BATs will approve of it.

The blue combos are hard to see on the blue or black background. Either change the colour or add a skin to change the approach circle to white (not sure if that's possible).
For some reason, when the Beatmap by [DBF] appears, the background goes blank in-game. That doesn't happen in the editor. Hmm..

Easy:
The abrupt ending sucks. At least put a note 01:29:223 Here. That'd make it a bit better.
