It did not, no. It was removed by Amai Chocolate themselves multiple times over the years iirc so for a while the most reliable way to play it was to have an external download (even I still have an older version of this map on my MediaFire). It was only until 2019 that it reliably became available through Amai Chocolate themselves since they reuploaded it and didn't delete it again.
