When we post link (especially timing link like: 00:00:000 - ) we probability click the timeline not only link in IRC. That will make IRC mod work confuse, perhaps we should make IRC top of all.

Confirming this - the bottom line of chat is hard to click timeline links on due to overlapping the timeline slider.

Notice where I am on the timeline right now. If I click somewhere on the bottom right section of the link, say, the (1):
I go to that point on the timeline instead! This happens anywhere there's an overlap.
