I adore WarioWare, and think this is an awesome idea. Have they said anything about a database of microgames being available or can you only swap via friends?

Not that I know of
This looks absolutely awesome, but it has to be DSi-Ware doesn't it. 
If that stuff ever gets figured out by our handy pir8 groups then we may be able to extract and import games via some program.
I imagine officially Nintendo would let us go online and swap games with friends. Or maybe even DL and submit. Nintendo would probably filter inappropriate or copyrighted content, though.

ROM's been out for a while now, but I can't be bothered to download it.
You might as well wait a little longer, then. The patched ROM will run on most cards, but it won't save.

Searched for it and found 'Miotool'. You can use it to import .mio files to Warioware for flashcard users.
