I just made my first map, but its "made by somebody else"

I just finished my first ever map, ang I tried to publish it so my friends could try it. However, when I clicked "Upload Beatmap" A popup appeared saying "The beatmap you're trying to submit isn't yours!" even though I put in a song from YouTube as an mp3 and mapped everything myself. No other beatmaps have been created with this song, although 3 have been created with its name but a different song. Any help?

as a note, this usually happens if you put in an mp3 with a name that starts with a number, so I recommend renaming the mp3 if it does before putting it in osu!
