[Archived] Map from other user account shows (but not playable)

Problem details:
I have osu! in another user account for some reason and one map shows up. I don't know if it's supposed to be like that but it just keeps refreshing which is very annoying because I sort by artist and sometimes it refreshes when I'm just trying to scroll through songs.

I'm assuming by "another user account" you mean a separate Windows user account?

If you installed the game to its default location on both accounts, their maps should he completely separate. If you installed the game to some shared location, all the maps should be the same.

That kind of just looks like a broken beatmap. You could try right clicking on it and deleting it. Or if you can find it in your Songs folder, you can try manually deleting it that way.
