[Archived] Osu supporter not coming. and it took my money.

Problem details: i buyed osu supporter using coinbase and even after it took my moeny, it asked me to put a authenticator code which i dont have, i dont have 2fa enabled or atelast didnt know where to get 1. I refresh the page and its gone. it took my money and not even gave me supporter. I tried buying it again and it took my money and same thing happend!

How are you using bitcoin to purchase supporter exactly, though Xsolla?

Sometimes there can be a slight delay in payment processing which can cause you to not get the tag immediately. I'm assuming you didn't want to make 2 purchases, so please send an email to support@ppy.sh explaining the issue and they can help you.

okay i've emailed them. Any ETA in their response?
