[Archived] background video is not working

Everytime i try to get in a map in osu the video is not working i have downloaded the video version and i have checked in settings background video settings its on but in the gameplay when i go to background (Disbale video) is on but when i try to put it off it doesnt its grey it doesn't let me even click on it please help i have been trying to fix this for a long time now and its not working

If the option is grayed out, it typically means your system cannot support it.
What are your specs? Do you have compatibility mode enabled in the options menu?

well my specs is an AMD Ryzen 7 3700X 8-Core Processor 4.20 GHz and 16 ram and a radeon rx 580 8gb nitro+ and i dont know what is compatibility mode thing i never heard of it (EDIT) i checked the compatibility mode and no its not on its off i tried turning it on and it didn't change anything at all
