MUGEN is a fighter which is completely customizable, and allows you to make things like screenpacks, characters, and stages.
You can download the game here: http://elecbyte.com/mugen
Get loads of characters and stages from these sites (The main database like): http://mugen.wikia.com, http://mugencharacters.org, and others.
Screenpacks I have no idea where I found them.

There's nothing that says you can't make a thread about old games. Threads of games which no one is interested about will just get pushed off the first page to obscurity, anyway.

It would have happened to this thread too, if you hadn't decided that it was necessary to post and "congratulate" him 4 days later, bumping this all the way up.

This is true, but I don't know why it was brought up. It's not like fowlkun-kun was saying "you shouldn't do that", he was just being rude (probably)

It may looks old, but it's quite awsome. If you want to beat Justin Bieber up with Miku or the other Vocaloids, you can do it only on MUGEN, no where els i think.
