[Archived] osu editor shutting down my pc

Problem details: at seemingly random times while editing a map my pc freezes for a few seconds with whatever sound was playing right before holding, then my pc shuts down and reboots with the dell reboot screen

my laptop has an a12-9700p and osu uses to the inbult graphics of that cpu

osu! version: Stable 20201229.2 (latest)

What laptop are you using?

This doesn't seem like it should be possible for the game to do by itself. You probably have some sort of larger issue with your computer.

dell inspiron 5655 signature edition, pretty sure it’s to do with osu since it doesn’t happen with any other games, or even osu outside of the editor. I will check temps next time I use the editor if no one else has any other ideas though
