The skintone is actually pretty good especially if you picked it yourself, the issue is with the really harsh and textured brushwork on skin that would generally be pretty smooth. Even if you may call it a personal "style" or whatever, this is a bad habit, smooth it out. This wont break the piece.
It seems like you misinterpreted the eyes in the reference, assumed that there was no eyelashes or shadows. Look up any photographs of eyes and just study them for a minute, alternatively spend some time painting a study.
Female faces are generally a bit more round and less vertical, and nostrils aren't generally aligned straight vertically.
