General

Background size is 800x600 which is good, but the recommended size is 1024x768, I hope you can change that.
Consider adding some tags to your map, to make it easier to find!
You need a difficulty between the easy and hard, it is a really big jump.
You have different timing points, as I can see you should delete the second one in the [Hard] difficulty.

Easy

I know that this difficulty should be easy, but come on, add some other circles and sliders, feels very empty!
Also you have a lot of spacing errors here, this image explains better how it works.
Some examples where you have spacing errors:

00:09:162 - (6,1,2) As you can see, the distance between the sliders are too weird, considering the time between them.
00:15:276 - (4,5) The note is too close to the slider here, it can't be at the same distance that the other notes.
00:16:805 - (5,6) In the other hand, the note (6) is so far and so close to the previous one, increase the distance between them.

Talking about the hitsounds, they sound too weird and empty on the easier difficulties! that's probably because there isn't many notes to put them and follow a constant rhythm. I suggest to add hitsounds only if is necessary and only if it fits.
Some examples of weird hitsounds:

00:30:563 - (3,5) Here you have two whistles in normal sound, it is just noise and makes nonsense, suggest to remove them.
00:45:850 - (1) The claps here don't follow anything on the song, also remove them.

Hard

This is a hard difficulty, but it has long streams, it really doesn't fit, please keep the long streams for insane difficulties.
You have the same spacing error here, use the same image above and fix it!
There are some examples:

00:02:665 - (5,6,1) The spacing between these notes are the same that (1,2,3,4) have, but the distance-in-time are different, change it.
00:10:690 - (4,5,6,7,8) Fatal spacing error, they looks like random notes in the screen, take care about the rhythm that you're following!

About the hitsounds, here you can follow a constant rhythm, but what this means? here you have an image that explains it, also you can add some finish where it fits, normally they are in the big white tick.

You need a lot of work here! I'm sure that you will remap when you learn more about mapping, cause this is so far for rank, but don't worry, everyone starts in the same place, keep practicing!

Here I am, checking your offset. It's quite late, try with 1494.

Also you might want to make more difficulties, an Easy and Insane on a 01:16 song is a terrible difficulty spread.

Unrankable issues: non-consistent/non-constant spacing. The first notes seems begin with DS at 1.2x. You could grab an only DS value and go through the song on it (:

00:03:022 (5) - Move to x:448 y:220
00:04:169 (6) - ^ to x:208 y:312

and so...readjusting/repositioning the further circles/sliders and so on (:

[Hard]

The same as for [Easy] about spacing, it needs attention.

00:22:704 (7) - ^ to x:384 y:256
and some further note groups along the map needs adjustements like these last.

:idea: Also noticed [Dekaane's Normal] seems have a notable perfect spacing, even though using grid size Large :o
