Loss of stamina

Hello, if some words are badly written, I'm sorry.

My problem is that overnight I've losted all of my stamina. I was able to to some 5* and more and now I can't even pass 4* with a good acc. My acc goes brr and my hands hurt after 30sec/1min of playing (right and left hand). I've checked on some forums and I've seen 2 issues.

The first is to take a break.
The second is to push my limits with stamina maps.

There is others solutions or what is the best way to recover my stamina ?

I hope that some players will read this and help me :)

either your session prior to the bad session was a fluke or your bad session was a bad fluke. either way just keep playing more and stay motivated, your skill will come back to you soon

While it may not be of much use, I can say I experienced something similar when I was at that level. What I ended up realizing was that I actually needed at least 20-30 minutes of warmup before I can set anything decent/get my stamina back. Maybe you're already doing this, in which case I would suggest keeping up the pace with similarly dense stamina files to try and accustom your hands to playing at that level consistently. It is very likely too that you just had a bad session (basically what positonix said above), so don't take it too hard. Best of luck!
