[General]

The mp3 got a very long lead in time. I think you should cut it down a bit and fix the offset afterwards.
soft-hitclap.wav sample got a silence into and it sounds weird. You can try it by clicking this note in the editor 01:15:153 (75153|4) - and you notice it is quite offsync from the other hitsounds you use. http://puu.sh/2RKFY.png
01:26:356 - Even more on this part. You can hear it clearly since all notes are like that

Since you got a breaktime i suggest putting in a blank sound for the fail and pass effects there because i think they are quite disturbing (same with the graphics). Or just remove the break time.

Don't know if you mapped this in a different editor or used it this way to map your hitsound but there is an easier alternative :P. Just select any note you want and press alt+mouse1 on the note and you can set each sound you got for each note seperately and are not bound to use so many timing sections. You can also use any file name of the sound file with this for a more organized and easier editing.

Another suggestion since you are allready at it. You might want to look for some low tom sample for parts like this 01:57:495 - or that 02:03:571 - in the song to add into

01:16:008 (76008|1) - those notes on this column and later on same notes on the flipped side felt totally of for me. I think its overmapped or i just couldn't figure out when playing what its supposed to sound for. I really couldn't hold any accuracy there and it felt really bad and awkward to play. It's better to remove all of them and it's not a bad thing if that part get easier if it matches the song better.

Just a few suggestions here:
01:30:723 (90723|0) - Notes like those on the measure should flip in my opinion since you are changing up the patter, it should be on the 7th column.
01:33:761 (93761|6) - same with this one
01:36:799 (96799|6) - This on the other hand you put as i suggested
Either way it's no problem and it's fine if you put it your way with an idea in mind or if you just think it feels better to play like this then it's totally ok. I just noticed this right away and thought i should point it out.

01:39:077 (99077|1,99172|5,99267|1,99362|5,99457|1,99552|5,99647|1) - I think those notes should be arranged in a different way. I think it's too basic and even in the amateur diff the ladder seems more challenging and fun than that. I think you should just switch out both parts in those diffs. So some sort of and maybe a bit more difficult ladder is in the pro diff and the easy 2 button stream in the amateur diff.

[Amateur Drum]

Just looked around it quickly and it seems like a toned diff and looks nice and clean to play, no complaint.


[Basic Drum]

I absolutely love this map, have a star.
As for a mod, there's nothing wrong as far as I can tell, so here are just a few nitpicks.

[Basic Drum]
OD 7 is a bit high maybe.

[Amateur Drum]
OD 8?
02:09:647 - Maybe a bit tricky? I dunno.

[Pro Drum]
01:39:077 - It might be just me, but all the streams in this map are easier than the ones in Amateur Drum.

For Pro Drum, some harsh comment >_<

The map looks like a converted maps with randomly put triples or quads which only refers to one or two sound in the background.
It means that this map is heavily overmapped (I think amateur is indeed a good diff :) with no problem of overmapping) causing this diff seems like either an exercise map (A map just to test your ability) or just less of meaning.

My advice is:
(1) Put this as a drummania style map.
In drummania map one track is exactly referred to a kind of instrument (like drum, snare, etc). I found out that there are rich drum elements in this map, you may consider modify this map to such style to avoid player smashing their keyboard on single beats and enrich the map with experience of real drum playing. (In this kind of map you may see many 1/4 streams: That's not a problem since this is a pro diff! :) )
(2) Making it a synthesized map.
I can't get the exact translation :o But it means you can take other instrument into fully consideration (like the guitar) to make it full of interesting things! (And to mod its name to Pro Fever :) Because this is not a drum-only map any more)


BTW, amateur and basic seems fine to me.
