At the start of a speedchange you double the Scrollspeed and at the end (the next note) the speed is back to normal. Now during this time 2/3 of the duration is at double speed and the last 1/3 is at half speed. You can also change the numbers for 2x to 1.5x or 2.5x however it fits best.
- Looks more stuttering imo, their should be at least 3 to make it smooth as possible. But I've changed to be more smoothly by using my idea.
Also this part here: 00:45:264 (45264|6) - is very unreadble for me. You didnt put the notes to the synth sound there and together with the speedchanges it makes it very unreadable and unintuitive to play for me allways miss there
- Having speed changes or not, the look isn't different at all. You'll know the rhythm by just reading it. If you apply speed changes but x value is different like I mentioned above, then it'll have troubles.

Note: I modded your maps within the editor and noticed speed gimmicks used with SV changes. I haven't tested with them yet but I will look into those next time.
My Comments: Your charts have little or no variety of patterns and there's small or no difference between difficulties, meaning when people swap in between difficulties they would notice the same patterns used in them and may consider it lazy (unless used right).
- It's hard to keep balances for every level of players :/
In addition, you should also try to keep it balanced between both hands. A lot of charts in O2Jam have made the mistake of putting a lot of notes in one hand while the other hand has a few notes to none to press (and of course this doesn't matter much when the Random/Panic ring is used often by many hardcore players).
