So I have 100+ hours played on vsrg's that the notes come from the top and go to the bottem. I tried step mania which is inverted and I really like it but it's alot harder for me to read it because I've never played inverted before. Any tips to get to my normal skill level when playing inverted?

Think stepmania has an option to reverse the scroll, unless you have some other reason to not reverse it?

To add on, playing in another scroll is probably not popular at all since you can just avoid it, not sure if anyone has specific tips for it

I know I can reverse it but I don't want to because I like the way reverse scroll looks more.
it depends on which stepmania client you're using. in etterna, you need to press enter twice while entering a song, scroll down to where it says scroll, check the "reserve" option and play the song. pretty sure vanila stepmania would be simillarArmizzles_ wrote:
