That slider tube thingy you called is a sliderbody.
You can only edit the colour of it by going to skin.ini from the skin folder you want to go.

In the skin.ini, you should find two commands for the sliderbody;
"SliderBorder" is for the border of the slider.
"SliderTrackOverride" is for the colour inside the sliderbody.

All is based on RGB colour.
