You've created a pretty map here. The sliders and patterns look good and the design is consistent from begin to end.
However it falls short on a few aspects:

  1. This map is extremely repetitive. The verses are a constantly '1/1 slider, 1/1 slider, 1/2 slider' or '1/2 slider, 1/2 slider, 1/1 slider' and that's all it is. (It looks different ofcourse but you're basically doing the same thing each time) There's no variation whatsoever which is a great disappointment. It's better to focus more on the lyrics on songs like these.
  2. There are so many sliders that it kind of takes away the need for a sense of rhythm. This is a good oppurtunity to bring some variation in the map with more notes.
[Yoeri]
Well designed too. Good job!

A few pointers:
  1. 00:41:103 - It's kind of odd that the easier diff does have this part mapped and the harder diff doesn't. Sort this out with Ayu. Also, try to use the same breaks.
  2. It would be more interesting to start the map off with something like the rest of the map. These four sliders are boring to play.
  3. 01:30:583 (1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4) - Basically the same thing 4 times. Bot much of a thing, but you didn't do that here: 00:15:778 (1,2,3,4,1,2,3) (< And this is better :v). Unstructured!

  1. bg sux d00d, where is Taylor Swift
[Yoeri]

  • AR4? 5 seems to high for the lowest diff of the mapset.
  1. 00:03:310 (1,2,1,2) - They doesn't look well. Even if I enjoyed most of your sliderart throught the whole mapset, they seem a bit inappropriate and I'd use some simple sliders, just my feeling.
  2. 01:36:817 (1) - Tail points to the top of the map, while the next circle is in the opposite direction. Consider changing slider shape
  3. 02:07:596 (1,1) - This overlap looks pretty hard for new players,
  4. 02:29:804 (1) - This slider could be made a bit better, try to make it more curved like this:
  5. 02:32:921 - What about break starting here? It's long enough to change its beginning (I'd do the same on 01:18:116 - but I think break would be too short for beginners orz)
  6. 03:08:765 (1,2,3) - This pattern seems a little compressed
  7. 03:36:038 (3) - Changing this slider with a circle sounds pretty good to me.
[Ayu]
  1. 01:10:323 (1,2,3) - I think you should reduce the use of this pattern in the whole map, it's always the same and sounds pretty boring at the end.
Nothing else to say, clean map as always

I wanted irc oh well m4m then

Yoeri
00:26:297 (2,3,4) - this pattern is just meh, a circle and then two stacked circles :I just unstack them all
01:41:103 (2,3,4,5) - ^ this one is actually worse :I unstack them please
01:55:518 - shouldnt there be a kiai here
02:49:674 (1) - doesnt make alot sense imo, end the slider on 02:50:843 - pls, or remove the repeat and add a circle at 02:50:843 -

i liek the slider arts

Ayu
00:24:739 (4,1) - ugh =3= place (1) somewhere else please, where its not stacked beneath (3)
01:55:518 (1) - imo too much repeats oh well =3=

I like this diff alot >w< the speed changes are cool

this map iss goooddd * A *

  2. It would be more interesting to start the map off with something like the rest of the map. These four sliders are boring to play. Need to start slow, let the players get the rhythm.

  1. 00:03:310 (1,2,1,2) - They doesn't look well. Even if I enjoyed most of your sliderart throught the whole mapset, they seem a bit inappropriate and I'd use some simple sliders, just my feeling. Eh, I like the first two, but slightly changed the other two.
  2. 01:36:817 (1) - Tail points to the top of the map, while the next circle is in the opposite direction. Consider changing slider shape Well I considered it!
  3. 02:07:596 (1,1) - This overlap looks pretty hard for new players, Not really.
  4. 02:29:804 (1) - This slider could be made a bit better, try to make it more curved like this: Looks about equally nice.
  5. 02:32:921 - What about break starting here? It's long enough to change its beginning (I'd do the same on 01:18:116 - but I think break would be too short for beginners orz) I don't like a hitsound there.
  6. 03:08:765 (1,2,3) - This pattern seems a little compressed Fixed.
  7. 03:36:038 (3) - Changing this slider with a circle sounds pretty good to me. I like it more this way.

  1. Offset: -14ms (180ms)
  2. The audio bitrate rate higher than 128 and lower than 192.
  3. Set a preview point. I'd suggest one of the following ones:
    1. 01:03:700 (2) -
    2. 01:55:518 (1) -
[Ayu]
  1. 00:10:129 (3) - Try to flip this slider vertically and then fix the whole pattern a bit making two triangles with 00:09:349 (1,2,3) - these three objects and 00:10:129 (3,4,1) - these three. What I mean:
  2. 00:14:999 (7,1,1) - I'd try something else here, I'd really like to see a little jump. I have two suggestions: 00:15:388 (1) - move this slider at x:44 y:216 to obtain an antijump 00:14:999 (7,1) - here and a jump 00:15:388 (1,1) - here or just reverse 00:15:388 (1) - this slider (CTRL+G) keeping it at x:180 y:236.
  3. 00:27:466 (7,1,1) - Same as above here; move 00:27:856 (1) - this slider at x:32 y:208 or reverse it (CTRL+G) keeping it at x:128 y:144. I really like the effect you can make with one of these two suggestions!
  4. 00:35:648 (3) - Consider reversing this slider (CTRL+G) to obtain an awesome flow 00:35:064 (2,3) - here. Then, to fix the 00:35:648 (3,1) - flow here just flip 00:36:038 (1) - this slider vertically and then move it at x:168 y:284.
  5. 00:40:713 (1) - I'd suggest to move this note at ~x:492 y:108 to obtain a jump 00:40:323 (6,1) - here, where the break starts.
  6. 01:25:518 (4) - Reverse this slider (CTRL+G) to obtain an awesome flow 01:24:934 (3,4) - in this pattern. I think it flows good with the next slider too (01:25:908 (1) - ), so I'd suggest to keep it as it is. You may reverse it too (CTRL+G), but the problem is that you'll obtain another jump 01:25:908 (1,2) - here, so I'm a bit unsure.
  7. 01:29:804 (7,1) - Here the same thing as I said before. To summarize, I'd suggest the same 01:42:271 (7,1) - here too.
  8. 01:37:986 (4) - CTRL+G here too, I love how it flows 01:37:401 (3,4) - here! The flow is fine 01:37:986 (4,1) - here too if you change it, so it would be perfect.
  9. 01:53:570 (3) - Please, reverse this slider too (CTRL+G). 01:52:986 (2,3,1,2,3,4,5,6,7) - How this pattern flows is godlike.
  10. 02:08:765 (3) - Consider rotating this slider by 90° and moving it at x:204 y:84, I prefer the flow now than before. To fix the triangle pattern 02:07:986 (1,2,3) - here just move 02:08:375 (2) - this note at ~x:20 y:264.
  11. 02:18:895 (1,2) - Why there is 1/2 rhythm instead of 02:18:895 (1,2) - ? I'd suggest to follow the instruments instead of the vocals in this kind of cases as you did until here. Same 03:10:323 (2,3) - for this pattern.
  12. 03:35:258 (3,4,5) - I'm completely unsure on this. I think you can change this pattern in something epic; this is the ending, and play this pattern there would make me sad (also, it's a 3/4 note pattern :s).
[Yoeri]
  1. Move the break starting at 01:18:116 (4) - .
  2. Cool sliders! I haven't pattern-related suggestions to give, I like how you made them. There is only one thing in the whole map that I don't like: You have focused on the vocals too much. I think you shouldn't miss the downbeats in patterns like 00:55:908 (1) - this and 01:44:414 (4) - this. I find this difficulty well mapped, this is just a suggestion for your next maps, where I'd love to see you focusing on instruments a bit more!

  2. The audio bitrate rate higher than 128 and lower than 192. argh, fuck.
  3. Set a preview point. I'd suggest one of the following ones: oops
    1. 01:03:700 (2) -
    2. 01:55:518 (1) -
[Ayu]
  1. 00:10:129 (3) - Try to flip this slider vertically and then fix the whole pattern a bit making two triangles with 00:09:349 (1,2,3) - these three objects and 00:10:129 (3,4,1) - these three. What I mean: Fixed

There's already a little jump.
  3. 00:27:466 (7,1,1) - Same as above here; move 00:27:856 (1) - this slider at x:32 y:208 or reverse it (CTRL+G) keeping it at x:128 y:144. I really like the effect you can make with one of these two suggestions! Same as above :<
  4. 00:35:648 (3) - Consider reversing this slider (CTRL+G) to obtain an awesome flow 00:35:064 (2,3) - here. Then, to fix the 00:35:648 (3,1) - flow here just flip 00:36:038 (1) - this slider vertically and then move it at x:168 y:284. Flipped the first slider but left the other slider as it is, flows better.
  5. 00:40:713 (1) - I'd suggest to move this note at ~x:492 y:108 to obtain a jump 00:40:323 (6,1) - here, where the break starts. yes
  6. 01:25:518 (4) - Reverse this slider (CTRL+G) to obtain an awesome flow 01:24:934 (3,4) - in this pattern. I think it flows good with the next slider too (01:25:908 (1) - ), so I'd suggest to keep it as it is. You may reverse it too (CTRL+G), but the problem is that you'll obtain another jump 01:25:908 (1,2) - here, so I'm a bit unsure. There's already a fine flow there and it will indeed kinda make inconsistency in the jumps
  7. 01:29:804 (7,1) - Here the same thing as I said before. To summarize, I'd suggest the same 01:42:271 (7,1) - here too.
  8. 01:37:986 (4) - CTRL+G here too, I love how it flows 01:37:401 (3,4) - here! The flow is fine 01:37:986 (4,1) - here too if you change it, so it would be perfect. agreed
  9. 01:53:570 (3) - Please, reverse this slider too (CTRL+G). 01:52:986 (2,3,1,2,3,4,5,6,7) - How this pattern flows is godlike. agreed
  10. 02:08:765 (3) - Consider rotating this slider by 90° and moving it at x:204 y:84, I prefer the flow now than before. To fix the triangle pattern 02:07:986 (1,2,3) - here just move 02:08:375 (2) - this note at ~x:20 y:264. I really think it's fine as is
  11. 02:18:895 (1,2) - Why there is 1/2 rhythm instead of 02:18:895 (1,2) - ? I'd suggest to follow the instruments instead of the vocals in this kind of cases as you did until here. Same 03:10:323 (2,3) - for this pattern. I kinda focused on the vocals in this whole part, so I kinda think it doesn't make any sense to just suddenly follow the instruments all of a sudden. Will ask more feedback about this though.
  12. 03:35:258 (3,4,5) - I'm completely unsure on this. I think you can change this pattern in something epic; this is the ending, and play this pattern there would make me sad (also, it's a 3/4 note pattern :s). Changed!

  1. 00:08:375 (2,3) - To make a perfect blanket, 00:08:765 (3) - Startpoint 110, 312, middlepoint 150, 345 and endpoint 249, 308.
  2. 00:09:544 (2) - Startpoint 44, 264, middlepoint 35, 205 and endpoint 95, 145 to make a better blanket?
  3. 00:11:687 (2) - Middlepoint 369, 269 to a better blanket.
  4. 00:19:284 (2) - if you could move this slider a bit left to make a better blanket with 00:20:453 (2) - ?
  5. 00:22:791 (3) - Startpoint 410, 224, middlepoint 447, 163 and endpoint 408, 86 to make a better blanket?

  10. 00:35:064 (2) - Startpoint 372, 352, middlepoint 298, 378 and endpoint 238, 328
  11. Well, you get the idea where am I going, you'll probably fix them differently so :P
  12. 03:35:258 (1) - Why these Kiai cuts

  1. +1 OD to make a better difficulty spread
  2. 02:03:116 (1) - Maybe stack itlike you did it before, example 01:35:648 (4) - here

[General]

  1. The timing line of the two difficulties have different offset (+2), remember to make them the same!
[Yoeri's Normal]

  1. 00:13:830 (2,3) - In all the places here I would have expected actually something to cover also the vocal pitch repeating itself... What about adding a soft whistle to both the first two notes here to emphatize that? I believe it works actually quite well considering again the vocals there, so imho you should really use them!
  2. 00:55:908 (1) - Pretty much a similar point as above, a whistle would have perfectly covered the vocal part here and I think you should totally add it as now it sounds really empty without it!
  3. 01:02:142 (1,2) - Here I have two suggestions actually: first of all I believe that a New Combo switch there would work quite better for this pattern as it follows quite better the whole music pattern there, secondly instead of making it go downwards I would make it go instead a bit horizontally to continue the whole flow in a quite good way with 01:04:869 (2) - . Here's an example of what I mean
  4. 01:43:051 (1) - A CTRL+G would work just great here, by seeing how 01:42:271 (5) - goes and by seeing how the pattern continues from there, making an overall pretty good to play clock-wise turn here. If you do this remember to also fix the spacings from the other notes there, as there will be surely some issues to deal with!
  5. 01:58:245 - Considering that this is the second refrain already I guess you could use some more rhythm here... For example, a note here would work just great with the instruments in the background, or also a 1/2 slider can be good here. See if you like them~
  6. 02:47:726 (1,2) - Not a really big thing, though using an arch-pattern there can work quite better than instead if the pattern you have here, I think it would really go on great with the next slider there... :P Here's an example of what I have done: see if you like it!

  7. 02:53:181 (1,2,3,4) - By seeing the direction where 02:53:181 (1) - is heading, it would be really awesome to have instead 02:53:960 (2) - reversed by using CTRL+G and 02:54:739 (3) - moved at 02:53:181 (1) - 's end... the circular flow here would just be awesome to play and also quite good aestetically-wise! 8. 03:22:012 (1,2,3) - I understand what you wanted to do here, but these curved slider aren't really great to play and they kill a bit of the flow you've had until there... I would suggest you instead to continue using some linear sliders like you've done before, following the last pattern there. Here's what I have done: see if you like it!

  1. 00:09:546 (2) - To be honest a CTRL+G could really work great here with the circular motion that is going on there. I really like how after the first slider's track the flow goes on the second one in this way, as it totally follows the previous slider's oval flow in a pretty nice way!
  2. 00:19:286 (2) - Another suggestion similar as above: I think that a jump done by opposed sliders here would work really great and also be quite fun to play seeing how the drop-off plays with the other slider encircling it... So, what would you think about using a CTRL+G to reverse this slider as well to create this jump?
  3. 00:38:767 (3,4) - I'm actually a bit disappointed of this slider you have there - it isn't that bad, thugh using just a 1/1 repeated slider here where you could have developed a bit more the rhythm there is not that great. I would actually replace the whole slider with a 1/2 one and a 1/1 one without any repeats. Here's what I have been thinking about:

  4. 01:22:793 (1,2,3) - Following the vocals there isn't a really great idea, seeing how wou've been following all the other beats in this part, only on the second part you have started to actually follow the vocals. I would really make a pattern just consisting of 1/1 sliders there, maybe by creating also a little jump, here's an example of what I mean:

Not a really big thing, but it would surely work quite good! Here's an example:

  1. 01:58:245 - Considering that this is the second refrain already I guess you could use some more rhythm here... For example, a note here would work just great with the instruments in the background, or also a 1/2 slider can be good here. See if you like them~ I wanted to wait for the hihat to start, that's where it becomes fitting to use more 1/2.
  2. 02:53:181 (1,2,3,4) - By seeing the direction where 02:53:181 (1) - is heading, it would be really awesome to have instead 02:53:960 (2) - reversed by using CTRL+G and 02:54:739 (3) - moved at 02:53:181 (1) - 's end... the circular flow here would just be awesome to play and also quite good aestetically-wise! Here's what I have done here: see if you like it! I don't like having (5) stacked under (1) like that.

  1. 00:09:546 (2) - To be honest a CTRL+G could really work great here with the circular motion that is going on there.
Here's what I have been thinking about: Fixed this but removed a new combo

Would you mind picking a new set of combo colors? I noticed the speedup/slowdowns at some sections, and I think it'd be projected better with a more definitive set of combo colors.

Thanks for taking the silenced sliderslide suggestion as well!

Please let me know what you think!
