SCV's Insane Red timing sections at 00:01:286, BPM of 190,000
Red timing sections must be same.

Inconsistency in Kiai Times~
All difficulties should have the same kiai times since the Kiai time is meant to cover the Chorus part of the song.

BeatOfIke's Normal, Guy's Extra, S.S, L i a's Mania, Hard and ssssssssssssssss's Easy have 6 Kiai times.
Gamu's Hard has 3 Kiai times.
SCV's Insane has 10 Kiai times.
Entozer's osu!mania GDs and Lia's GD doesn't have any Kiai time.

Consider using at least the same main kiai time(excluding the specials SCV used o.o)

[Easy]
00:08:884 (1,2,3) - I don't like those. In Easy difficulties it's good to avoid such overlaps, the detail is always very obvious.

Quite good~ the main problem is that there're too many gaps in your patterns (xxx xxxxx x xxx x ←something like this). It is very natural and appropiate in osu! mode, but in mania mode, I think notes should be more continuous, especially for this cool song xD

I just hear normal hitsound from start to end, which sounds a little boring and noisy. Hitsounds in entozer's diff is good example, but you can just switch to soft default to make it less noisy and apply hitsound from entozer's diff to some key notes, like:

Fixed unsnapped notes (KiyoshiX101 mod)
Still not sure if I should up HP drain in normal, but I removed "Enable Countdown" (Reat mod)
Added missing note (ljqandylee's mod)
