I don't think it matters when you're using tablet.
But for mouse it's a definite ON.

Idk, what you prefer the most. Personally i don't use it, cuz this way my aim looks better.
raw input works best when you're a mouse players imo since it's using relative tracking. For things with absolute tracking like tablet, just adjust it through the tablet driver.
Do you feel any difference?
I have my raw input on. When I don’t have it on my cursor looks laggy/choppy which bothers me
