Server Side Error [resolved]

I can't log into osu! using my own IP address which results getting this error message:


However, I can log in using an alternative connection so it's just my primary connection that doesn't work.
I have no problem using my original IP to log in to osu!test so it seems to be only the main server that I'm having issues with.

Hi, suddenly i got an error whule connecting to bancho, wich says: "Server Side Error", i just finished to reinstall my osu! but it haz got the same error, i chated with some friends to see if they got the same issue as me, but they said it is all ok with them.

can somoene help me ?

I am facing the same error: http://i.imgur.com/wK75zAr.png -

  • -installs client
    -plays multiplayer
    -leaves
    -restarts client
    -"A server-side error occured." Can't say if it happened precisely upon restarting the game or if I played for a bit and then got logged off.

Hello, I'm reviving this because I've been having the same problem for ~24 hours now. Do you know how long is it going to last, approximately ?

Yeah, I'm getting this problem as well. My brother was spamming on my network connection as a different username ( I told him what to do). I come back after he is finished, and boom! It says," server side error". I think it has to do with my brother spamming in osu!. I'm able to log onto my account with a different network connection, but it's not that close so I need my ORIGINAL connection to work again. I've been told it's a bug, but is it really? I just don't know anymore. Please fix this (WHATEVER IT IS) problem.

Please avoid bumping threads.

The common reason about this is multiaccounting so if you have created multiple accounts, it is not allowed.
If not, please contact accounts@ppy.sh about that and remember to provide enough information.
