The most important thing is to practice and keep playing.
For fast jumptrills the easiest way is to wrist flick them, just try to press the keys as fast you can; nothing more to it.
For fast patterns it depends on the pattern you are talking about:
- If it's fast jumpstreams then play more jumpstream maps. Try to get really accurate scores (+900k to +950k) on slower jumpstream maps so as to improve your finger control; when you can do that move on to the denser jumpstream maps and try to do them as best as you can. Keep playing different dense jumpstream maps and you'll see that your reading and finger speed will improve.
- For fast jacks I recommend wrist flicking on them as fast as you can, you will improve your speed and accuracy the more you practice jack maps.
- For fast chord jacks, the main problem people run into is reading them. It's the same as jumpstreams, at first play less dense chord maps then move onto more dense and harder maps. Keep playing them and your reading ability and speed will improve.
And for the Long notes patterns, you have to practice them more to get better. Holding long notes and playing other patterns is pretty basic, so I recommend going back to 3-3.9* maps with these patterns and practicing them.
For stamina the first thing I recommend to you is
do not tense up while playing. Your stamina will drain quicker if you tense up your hand; so it's best to relax while you play. The next thing is to play maps that drain a lot of stamina; play through these maps without pausing even once and when you run out of stamina push yourself to keep playing; after you pass the map
take a small break then play through another stamina map without pausing. Practice like this each day and you'll see that your stamina is improving little by little.
The summary of all this is
play the pattern more; unfortunately there's no trick to improve on these patterns other than practicing them more. Also
remember to take breaks (by breaks I mean 2-4 days break); take breaks when you can't make any good scores for a few days and feel stuck and frustrated.
