runescape: I ran 8 fishing bot alts at the same time since that was the max that worked for me back then
s4league: I needed to make 130 accounts for combi gear, then I also made 1 alt for myself that would receive the bonus aswell.
in all games there are player-haters with admin powers who will force you to notice they have authority through meaningless abuse of admin aparatus.
I had a line here saying especially some certain foreigners but i don't want to piss them off, especially because last time they were pissed off they actually went here with guns and tanks and murdered many people here and shit, so when I see their progeny abusing power online I don't care as long as they don't invade our fine country it's all ok.

Yeah, the LoL community is bad, the Dota community is also bad. The best way to enjoy those games is to play with four other friends. Solo queuing is not a fun way to play because everyone is an idiot.
