First things first: this map is rad as hell. Thanks for linking me to it! Now here's a mod post.

[General]

On the parts wher I mention neatening the curve, it's easier to do those without grid snap.

[Normal]

01:47:593 (1) - End this 1/2 beat earlier, on the splash sound. Silence (well, 5%) the hitsound, too.

02:06:593 (1) - Change the head to a circle and the tail to the start of a new slider that ends on the splash sound, then delete (3) (was 2). Not sure this is any better than what you have but it feels kind of satisfying to play. I don't know, try it out if you want to.

02:48:843 (1) - Change volume on end to 5%.


[Hard]

01:09:843 (3) - Move this to neaten the curve; it sticks out a bit.

00:46:843 (3,4,5) - Stack 4 and 5 instead of 3 and 4, since 4 and 5 have the same sound.

00:46:343 (2,3,4,5) - If you want, reshape these a bit so that 5 ends up on the same spot as 6 in the next combo.

00:47:843 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,1) - This part's kind of weird. I have some suggestions for it.

00:48:093 (2,3) - Switching the positions of these will fix symmetry with (4,5,6) and make it feel a little more natural to play.

00:48:343 (3,4) - Move 3 a few grids up and 4 down by the same amount. This'll fix the (1,2,3) and (4,5,6) spacing and make the total movement from 2 to 5 a little cleaner while still keeping some of the jaggedness.

01:05:968 (3) - Move a tiny bit to neaten the curve. Then adjust 4's spacing if it sticks out too far.

02:02:468 (1,2,3,4,5,6) - This curve looks the tiniest bit wobbly. Tweak the positioning (without grid snap).

02:21:093 (4,5,1,2,3) - Spacing's weird here, especially the jump from 2 to 3. Try instead starting it wide with the louder sounds and making it narrower with the softer sounds. Keep the stacks though.

02:48:843 (1) - Change volume on end to 5%.

03:28:343 (2) - Have the curve open upward instead of downward. Leads to 3 better.

04:25:843 (1,2,3) - Every other part of the song that's mapped like this uses three sliders and a circle. This seems out of place with the repeats and circle under the end.

04:34:343 (3) - Ditch the break after this (right-click it in the timeline). Probably got in by accident.

[Bubble Trouble]

Silence (well, 5%) the hitsound, too. hmm there is the loudest splash on the white tick though, I had it earlier before actually, then when mapping Bubble Trouble I changed my mind about this passage and think the one to be mapped should be loudest one on 01:51:093. And about the hitsound, I'm not sure why? Maybe you downloaded the song a couple days ago and only updated the osu files via osu without redownloading the .osz? if that's the case then you wouldn't have the changed hitsound files that I updated yesterday evening. Anyway, I think the bubble hitsound sounds good with this splash, so why remove it?

I have a lot of work on insane diff, I intend to remap some parts of it after grumd's advice so when I do the remapping I will also take your mod and change all in the same time ^^ Thanks a lot for this mod!

all honesty I really didn't find anything wrong placement wise my the only thing i was seeing was that you increase the volume of the water drop parts just a bit

Hey, thanks for the suggestion. But I tried all values and 25 fits best because if I put more then the background water drops cant be heard anymore so the player doesn't know on what the bubbles are mapped

Edit: new version! I added a custom countdown bubble style and changed insane thanks to grumd's and soaprman's mods.

mapset is now complete and ready for more modding

01:00:492 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8) - This looks a bit jagged. Turn off distance and grid snap and tweak them by hand to make the curve nicer. (Probably moving 4 and 6 will be enough)

01:04:367 (8) - Start the kiai time here instead of where it starts now.

01:18:867 (1) - End the kiai time here instead of where it ends now.

01:52:117 (1) - Start the kiai time here instead of where it starts now.

02:06:867 (1) - End the kiai time here instead of where it ends now.

@Soaprman: thx for checking the last diff, I'm not sure about the kiai times just yet, but I'll make sure to recheck the spacing and curves and neaten all I can without grid snap ^^

Here's my mod, as promised! I'm sorry for the delay, osu! editor had so many bugs recently that there was nothing I could do :( (It still has some, but oh wathever xD). It's been a long time since I modded anything, sorry if I'm a bit nazi :D

  3. Inconsistency in PreviewTime (Change Easy's and Taikin's PreviewTime to 65242 in the OSU file and it will be fixed)

I think the spacing is too large on this diff... To make a good Insane diff, you should pay more attention to the placement of notes than to spacing, maybe use a small spacing? (Such as 0.8x or 0.9x) This is just my opinion, so feel free to ignore this.

All fixed. I had just added the taiko GD and was working on changing timing on it to fit new mp3, which is done now ^^

I fixed by removing the circles following the spinner instead, as I like how the splash on spinner's end make the transition to kiai time

I think the spacing is too large on this diff... To make a good Insane diff, you should pay more attention to the placement of notes than to spacing, maybe use a small spacing? (Such as 0.8x or 0.9x) This is just my opinion, so feel free to ignore this.well I might try the style you're saying on a future map but I won't change entirely this map lol, I think spacing is hard but that's the point, I hate overmap, so that's how I made this map hard ^^

  1. why the kiai on the taiko diff is faster by 1/2s than the most diff? is it intentional? imo the it's better to make the kiai time on the taiko diff same with the standard one (i think you wanna follow the vocal for the kiai on the taiko diff)
  2. the hitsound on the kiai time (yeah the buble sound) is kinda low volume imo, try to raise it a bit?
  3. offset -6 is better for me :D

wow, pretty solid diff you made there
  1. 00:36:617 (4) - repeat this slider, i think it was quite match with the song rhuthm and it's relatively easy to read
    be sure to fix the spacing after that slider if you agree
  2. 01:07:742 (2) - why this start on the blue tick? Q_Q, it seems that you wanna make the rhythm consistent with the song here by following the bubble's voice, but imo as an easier diff, make it match with the percussion here is much more wise because most of the newbies can't read the blue tick pattern at all, i prefer make it like 01:11:617 (2) - instead
    same thing applied for the latter similar pattern
  3. 01:10:867 (1) - still a nice beat though, but imo for an easy diff, the slider that start from the red tick after blank spot like this is a bit hard to read for the easy diff, why not make this a 1/2 slider too like 01:12:617 (1) - ? start from 01:10:617 -

    some stream pattern have a bit inconsistent spacing which is aound ,98-1,03, imo you should fix it since many of them seems overlapped with each other when suddenly it looks a bit farther after the overlap one

    I'll ask Kin about it but the consistency is not an issue, I don't think the kiai should be mapped the same way in taiko and standard diff

Hi, after a super long delay, here I am. This is take 3.

[Easy]
You've fixed a lot of the things I had a problem with the first time I tried to mod this, but you still have a few issues.

01:06:617 (1,2) - This type of rhythm doesn't work for me on your easiest difficulty. I know that you want to follow the water noises, but the weird rhythm just does not work for easy. I'd say follow the drum beat for this difficulty because weird rhythms are hard for newbies.
01:14:617 (1,2) - same for this
01:18:867 (1,2,3) - For this, the spacing change on such a low SV is not very noticable, so having the rhythm be different between these three can be confusing.
01:54:617 (1,2) - Another weird rhythm
01:59:617 (2,3,4) - I'd advise getting rid of this 1/2 section, too difficulty for Easy
02:02:617 (1,2) - weird rhythm
03:36:617 (1,2) - ^
03:36:617 (1,2) - ^
03:41:617 (2,3,4) - get rid of this, just make it one slider or something like that
03:44:617 (1,2) - weird rhythm

I know you're not going to change this, but I don't know how good it is to have the easier difficulties follow the water sounds as much as you do. The rhythm is strange and harder for new players, and it feels difficult for them as a result. In parcitular, objects starting/ending on blue ticks are weird to play for beginners as with the easy difficulty. I like the parts where you just follow the drum beat much more than the parts in the kiai.

01:30:376 (4,5,6,7,8) - This doesn't flow very well. Try to make (5,6,7,8) follow the curve set by (4) more for better flow.
03:09:126 (4) - maybe NC here since it is long after previous object

This is a really nice mapset, the only big issues I have are with the Easy and Normal difficulties because of the blue tick objects. Sorry I don't have more to say, my original mods had more but a lot of what I said has already been fixed. Good luck with this, and star because its a good mapset and I'm sorry for the big delay on my mod.
