Problem details: whenever I try to play, I get random frame drops and my game freezes, anyone know why?
osu! version: Stable 20201017.3 (latest)

Make sure to close ALL background programs when testing.

all of my tabs and backround apps were closed accept for obs, but I couldnt upload the video proof

Still try every solution in the link posted above even if all tabs and background apps were closed..
