Claps and whistle volume seem really low.

Normal:

00:38:095 (1) - Move forward half a beat.

01:34:881 (2) - Consider changing this to a circle, with another one stacked on top half a beat after.

01:37:238 (3) - Move this to the right a little so it's directly under the 2 circle.

Hard:

00:51:809 (1) - Having the end point where it is at 00:52:452 sounds weird. Try getting rid of the repear and extend the end to 00:52:666.

03:12:381 (1) - Similar problem here. Get rid of the repeat and end it at 03:13:238.

MAX seems fine, but keep in mind that I don't know much about Insane-type diffs.
