There isn't a way to cancel or get a refund on osu supporter, you'd have to wait it out. Whatever you do, PLEASE do not create a separate account (it's against the rules, you can get restricted for it).
If push comes to shove, offline playing may be your only option if you still want to play, unfortunately.

Ah I see. Thank you! Guess Ill just wait it out. Is it an option to play on my friends account instead? (That he is not using)

Then Ill wait I guess.Would recommend that u read the rules so u don't end up doing something against the rules in the future like logging into a friends account and not knowing it was against the rules, just as a heads up. help/wiki/Rules
