Problem details: So my game keeps dropping every now and then few frames and its kinda annoying and if i put locked fps to 980fps the game will run like 700fps can someone help me?
Specs I7-9700k, Rtx 2080, 16gb Ram

Try disabling any overlays u have on, that means fps/performance stat overlays, discord overlay, any other overlays u might have on.

Also u might find this helpful help/wiki/Performance_Troubleshooting
