ar10 is too slow for me

so the problem is,everytime i play ar10(cant read under ar10) i always hit too fast,i mean really too fast,cant even hit the circle(miss),ive been tried chaging offect but it didnt help,also, i cant read higher than 10.2,amd im tryin to play hdhr ar10 map,and it just like as i said
any solution?

U are the ghost.That's why ar10 is tooooo slow for u.

You are most likely just reacting to the circles than actually reading the patterns and rhythm. The solution is to simply play more low ar even if you get really bad accuracy at first. For example you could warm up for a few minutes everyday with some Ar8-9 before playing hdhr.
