Hi! M4M from your queue!

General

I'm not sure, but I think the last spinner ends here 01:28:025

Easy

00:15:910 (1) - You can make the pattern symmetric by deleting this slider and copying this 00:14:107 (1) - Then use ctrl+H and cltl+J
00:19:515 (5) - Curved similar to this would be a bit better in my oninion

DevilishTime'sNormal

00:23:572 (4,5) - You can make these curved and improve this part of the pattern in my opinion
00:52:418 (5,6) - The same
01:05:038 (1,3) - This way is better in my opinion (I'm talking about sliders' shpases, not about the rhythm rofl)

Hard

00:27:628 (6) - 1 grid up
00:46:333 (7,8,1) - This is ugly :< Move 8 one grid up
00:54:221 (3) - 1 grid up
00:54:897 (5) - You should make this curved a bit, like the previous slider
01:14:729 (6) - Same
01:15:179 (7,8,1) - Move 8 one grid down

Insane

00:09:825 (4,5) - Try to swap these two notes, this imrpoves the pattern and make the map more intresting in my opinion
00:12:529 (2,3) - The same
00:22:220 (3,4,5,1) - This is odd, make a pattern like these ^ And if you didn't fix the previous patterns move (5) on (1)
You also have to swap these NCs in any case! 00:22:896 (1,2) Because you put the NC on the red line D:
00:55:573 (5) - x:128 y:40 Move this note here and the pattern will be perfectly symmetric
01:13:602 (7,8) - Move (7) 1 grid left and (8) 1 grid right because of that ugly overlapping

Wow, I found a good mapset. Also, D Gray man rocks. Star.

General

I'm not sure, but I think the last spinner ends here 01:28:025 i keep it, because its not about when the sound finish, is about when someone stop playing it. for others words, it loses sound 01:27:574 essentially

Easy

00:15:910 (1) - You can make the pattern symmetric by deleting this slider and copying this 00:14:107 (1) - Then use ctrl+H and cltl+J 00:15:910 (1) - is symetrical , also i feel a slider straight, not a curved one
00:19:515 (5) - Curved similar to this would be a bit better in my oninion enough of curved sliders lol

Hard

00:27:628 (6) - 1 grid up no because its for make 00:26:727 (4) - shape but with circles
00:46:333 (7,8,1) - This is ugly :< Move 8 one grid up fixx
00:54:221 (3) - 1 grid up 00:53:770 (1,2,3) - i want them in line
00:54:897 (5) - You should make this curved a bit, like the previous slider i keep
01:14:729 (6) - Same i keep
01:15:179 (7,8,1) - Move 8 one grid down fixx

Insane

00:09:825 (4,5) - Try to swap these two notes, this imrpoves the pattern and make the map more intresting in my opinion it makes, yes, but also makes it a bit weird, and 00:09:600 (3,4) - is the same guitar chord, so makes sense stack this 2 circles
00:12:529 (2,3) - The same 00:12:304 (1,2) - same the same guitar chord same for 00:12:755 (3,4). in a real instrument (guitar) you dont need to change position to play the same chord
00:22:220 (3,4,5,1) - This is odd, make a pattern like these ^ And if you didn't fix the previous patterns move (5) on (1)
You also have to swap these NCs in any case! 00:22:896 (1,2) Because you put the NC on the red line D: i see no problem :c
00:55:573 (5) - x:128 y:40 Move this note here and the pattern will be perfectly symmetric yessssss
01:13:602 (7,8) - Move (7) 1 grid left and (8) 1 grid right because of that ugly overlapping yesssss

Wow, I found a good mapset. Also, D Gray man rocks. Star. thanks :DD
I will mod your map later .3

  2. 00:15:910 (1,2) - i suggest keeping these 2 notes at soft hitsounds sorry, I prefer the normal one since the strong part starts there
  3. 00:56:925 (5) - line up with 00:56:024 (3) - oh I was distracted, done x)
  4. 01:01:883 (1) - add clap at end done :)

  9. 00:22:220 (2) - ^ (296,272) slider looks better, but i dont want to overlap the next notes

[Hard]
  1. well, general comment is this diff is a bit boring, everything quite standard and i can just use 1 pc to SS this diff :P if you can ss it easy , so the map is great, i think isn't boring at all, people will it with Dobletime :3
  2. 01:22:616 (1) - remove NC according with my NC style, there is a NC there. and makes sense to me, (1) being alone dont matter

  5. 00:22:670 (5) - stack with 00:22:896 (1) i did it at first, but i change it, because 00:22:896 (1) is a NC on a Red tick, that must(imo) be visible
  6. 00:35:516 (10) - i think switching with 00:35:967 (2) 's position will be better and more neat looks weird to me :s more dificult to read imo
  7. 01:22:616 (1) - remove NC same explained

Red: Must be fixed.
Blue: Highly recommended.
Black: Just suggestion/nazi stuff.

[General]
  1. Consider to add a mute-sliderslide. It's annoying to me Q.Q
  2. Remove "Letterbox during breaks" since you've add a video, and there's no break in you map.
  3. Remove "Countdown" since it's not fit with songs, and it doesn't work while gameplaying.
  4. Tick rate 2 for every diff?
[ Easy]
  1. 00:19:515 (5) - You should add an new combo here, since your NC rule is like one downbeat per new combo.
    Nice and clean diff.
[ DevilishTime's Normal]
  1. 00:04:642 (3) - I dislike the flow here, seems really boring. Try to put at x:263, y:250, the placement would be better imo.
  2. 00:15:910 (1,2) - Just little suggestion, but add clap at the end of these slider? Sounds better to me, since you've add claps like that at the following part.
  3. 00:42:953 - Add a finish here to keep the finish rhythm consistent.
  4. 01:11:799 - ^
[ Hard]
  1. 00:12:304 (1,2,3) - In my opinion the rhythm should be switch here, so it would be slider > slider > note. Take a look at your previous part, you always place a slider at the downbeat. Try to make them consistent would be better.
  2. 00:28:981 (3,4) - The shape for these slider are ugly imo, perhaps you can try something like this?

    296,248,28981,2,0,P|331:242|353:205|353:205|335:169|292:161,1,140,8|0,0:0|0:0,0:0:0
    224,193,29657,2,0,P|192:187|174:151|174:151|196:114|231:108,1,140,8|0,0:0|0:0,0:0:0
  3. 00:40:474 (3,4,5,6) - The inconsistent spacing here looks really bad, try to use gird level4 to replace it.
  4. 01:05:714 (4) - ^
[ Insane]
  1. 00:15:910 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,1) - I dislike the flow here, it's really boring when you play this. You can try something in the example image, that's a way to fix this. I..I'm not example!!
  2. 00:22:220 (3,4,5,1) - Come on, you just stack three notes? They're same rhythm here! That would be boring, and hard to read it if you do like this. Try to unstack them, or do something like 00:09:600 (3,4,5,6) - there.
  3. 00:24:924 - Finish here? I think it's a mistake here.
  4. 00:32:812 (4,5) - This big jump makes me feel awful when I see it. I'd like to ctrl+H this, and put it at x:200, y:38. I'll give you code at the next point.
  5. 00:33:713 (6,7) - Listen the music carefully, the vocal starts at red lines, but there's no vocal start at the downbeat. You should place the slider begin at the red lines, then place a note after that. That would be fit with vocals more.
The overall result include what I've said at 00:32:812 (4,5,6,7) - would be like this: (The codes are for (5,6,7,8), I just try to fix the part for (7,8), you can use it or not.)

    197,36,33037,2,0,P|174:80|197:116|197:116|165:172|57:166,1,240.000009155274,0|8,0:0|0:0,0:0:0

    199,217,34615,2,0,P|228:297|303:205,1,240.000009155274
  6. 01:01:884 (5,6,7,8) - ^
  7. 00:52:643 (9,10) - The vocals start at the white lines, so you should place a slider begin at there. Try to switch the rhythm here, it would follow the vocals!
Nice map actually, I like your symmetrical there!

Sorry for coming too late. So busy for migrating to Korea.

  • DevilishTime's Normal
SPOILER
So many modders have modded yours so I'm not sure I can pick awkward points of your map.
Anyway.
1. No Rhythmic awkwardness found in this map. Nice

2. Can you please consider reducing AR? Cuz your map is made having bit higher distance rate than average. I suggest 4 but keeping it is okay, too.

3. Hitsounds made the song dry, but considering the atmosphere of this song, good choice maybe.

4. I couldn't understand the kiai times of yours but I watched other diffs, checked that they are same, so I'd leave them in this time.

5. 00:21:318 (7,1) - swap NC?

I'm not good at checking hitsound, ncs so there is almost nothing I can do to make your map better.
sorry for that.
Nice map I think. Good.
Hope your map ranked!

PS. I'm gonna shoot a star

I kept everything, about the AR I'll ask for another opinion concerning that and about point 5, I think that was once suggested before but that's not the way I change NC so I kept it, I believe it's not wrong this way
Anyway thanks for the mod :)

PS. I'm gonna shoot a star
thank you! Yes, this map i now flawless i think, really hard to mod!
Is no problem for that your mod is late^^ Im glad you did'nt forget!
Thank you for star and mod!

Personally I disapprove of slidertick hitsounds but this map is an exception.

About Easy...
You could also set the tick rate to 1. Works for my taste, actually.

00:20:417 (6) - Completely redundant finish hitsound on slider end.

Easy
  1. Your Easy difficulty looks like it plays non-stop. One 1/1 after another. Yes, the mapset is short but come on, there is no need for that. I'll point out a few stuff that has got to go. After that, you're gonna have to do the rest from there.
  2. 00:32:586 (1)-Get rid of this note here..
  3. 00:39:798 (2)-^ This too.
  4. 00:43:404 (2)-^
  5. 00:47:009 (2)-^
  6. 00:15:910 (1)-A repeat slider like this isn't enjoyable to play through in my opinion. What I suggest you can do is to delete the repeat slider and add two 1/1 sliders. It should be like this. After that, you have the option to design whatever mapping pattern suited there.
  7. 00:54:221 (2)-I strongly suggest you delete this slider from there then add a note on 00:54:672.

M4M from your que maybe?

[General]
Make a dummy sampleset for 'soft' so the beginning of your map doesn't have those horrible slider sounds. use a blank .wav file like: http://puu.sh/2HHgJ
Basically you'll be changing all the "S" to "SC:2"

[Easy]
Maybe lower the whistle volume on the clap notes at the start of the song. They're a bit loud

  1. 00:05:092 (1,2,3,1) - You should try to use symmetry between these four notes, since you do it with the sliders inbetween. You can move the slider at 00:09:149 (2) - to adjust after you do the symmetry.
  2. 00:19:515 (5) - This was somehow moved from its original placing.
  3. 00:22:220 (2) - Try moving this (Tiny Grid) to x300 y284 | It creates better flow in an u-ish kind of shape instead of moving directly horizontal.
  4. 00:24:924 (1,2,3,4) - how about looping this around clockwise? Then the slider doesn't have to be underneath the previous slider at 00:22:220 (2) - and follows the slider at 00:27:178 (5) - in a roundish shape | Maybe stack (1) where 00:20:417 (6) - tail is and work your way around in a circle to catch the right side of the slider.| example: http://osu.ppy.sh/ss/1028546 | Maybe try changing some circles/sliders around as well.
  5. 00:51:066 (2,3,1) - - same idea as at 00:24:924 - | how about looping around to the right? | http://puu.sh/4LZKt.jpg | The slider was horizontally flipped. This just removes the awkward turn you had at 00:53:319 (3,1) - earlier and makes it so you don't have to change 00:54:672 (2,3,4) -
  6. 01:22:616 (1) - Be sure to do this in all diffs if you plan on doing this. | change the final spinner volume to 5% as it doesn't end on anything audible, so a the quieter the better for this end point.
Honestly this diff plays fine. a bit varied sometimes when going from circle to slider as it seems really random at points when you use each one.. other then that it'll be fine.

[Normal]
Easy and normal feel really similar.. but disregarding that, This map likes to use a lot of sharp corners to change directions in strange ways, mostly due to using symmetry when it really isn't needed.

  1. 00:05:994 (5,1,2) - This will make it a bit more smooth. | (5) x400y320 | (1) x224y184 | (2) x128y96 Move the tail end left 2 (small grid) to x112y40 (hover over it with your mouse to see its location)
  2. 00:09:600 (5) - copy (4) slider, rotate it 180° and move it to x352y184 | It breaks the sudden 180 turn you got going here.
  3. 00:15:910 (1,2) - For symmetry purposes, why not just make them horizontal flips (flip 1 horizontally) | Wouldn't surprise me if people mentioned this a bunch already heh.
  4. 00:18:614 (3,4,5) - instead of stacking (5) on the (6) slider and using that horrible 180 u-turn at (3). How about using the free space to blanket around the (3) and using (4) and (5) to get closer to the (6) | The only thing that bugs me is how the angle of the straight slider looks. other then that it's fine.
  5. 00:21:318 (7,1) - swap NC's here | NC on the (7), and remove it on the (1) | You pretty much NC on the starts of measures (although a bit randomly sometimes) | I understand you want to follow the vocals here, but its best to NC to the music
  6. 00:21:769 (8,1,2) - First example of the sharp symmetry I don't really care for. It feels a bit forced and honestly would play better if it calmly curved around the outside of the map to meet the slider later on.
  7. 00:45:206 (3,4) - you could use symmetry to fix these if you want. | http://puu.sh/4M1bZ.jpg | just adjust the other notes and circles after it which shouldn't be much trouble since you don't use symmetry there either. | Only reason why I'm offering this is because of the approach to the (4) is a bit odd, it doesn't flow into the note properly when it could easily be fixed without much trouble.
  8. 00:52:418 (5,6) - these could probably flow into each other better as well | you might even be able to fix the awkwardness at 00:55:122 (2,3) - and have the (2) lead into the (3) instead of doing another strange u-turn which ruins the flow.
  9. 01:22:616 (1) - change the final spinner volume to 5% as it doesn't end on anything audible, so a the quieter the better for this end point. (check the beatmap creator's volume changes if you want it to be similar)
[Hard]
There isn't too much to say about this hard. It does feel a bit 1/2 spammy though, and feels like the sliders and circles are just randomly placed in different patterns. If you wanted to change it around a bit, notes like 00:53:995 (2) - and others in different measures at this spot could easily be removed or have a 1/1 slider run through it. This is a pretty drastic change from normal. It would probably be better if it were to lose a few notes, or make some 1/1 sliders instead of all 1/2 in a few other places. Just my opinion on it. The map is fine enough as is.

  1. 00:15:910 (1,2,3,4,5,6) - Have you ever tried fiddling around with the drum sampleset here? It might actually make this section sound a bit better.
  2. 00:35:967 (2) - not needed
  3. 00:53:995 (2,2) - could easily delete both of these and have a much better sounding map. Just a few examples
Rest is fine. As I mentioned, it does feel a bit spammy with the 1/2s but it plays good enough.

[Insane]
Heh.. nice symmetry.. though it does feel a bit exaggerated when it comes to distances for lots of the notes.

  1. 00:15:910 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8) - for example. why not create some shapes with these circles instead of using the horrifying 1.6 distance spacing here? This just feels a bit forced to play and its not really fun at all.
  2. 00:17:713 (1,2,3) - If you do the above, you could probably fix this up as well to make it look interesting.. again, don't try to use crazy distance spacings. save those for properly called for jumps.
  3. 00:25:375 (1,2) - Instead of symmetry here, try adjusting this for better flow, You can still use somewhat of a unique symmetry method like this: http://puu.sh/4M2qi.jpg
  4. 00:26:727 (4,1) - shorten the distance between these two? 2.00 distance spacing is really too much. (for 1/1)
  5. 00:32:361 (2) - you could delete this note and get away with it as it doesn't break any of your symmetry
  6. 01:16:982 (6,7,8) - Try to add a bit of life to these instead of having them directly horizontal. maybe move the (7) down to match the upcoming (9)
  7. 01:22:165 (10) - Notes like this you could actually use two claps for if you wanted (both the head and tail). It might add a bit of variety to your hitsounding if you look for the right moment to use it.
Eh.. overall not a great mod.. Seems like you've had a few already so hopefully some of this can help. Most of these are just ideas and suggestions, so be sure to think about whether or not you want to use them. Be sure to fix that misplaced slider in easy as well :)

00:56:474 (4,5) - ^ ?? I didn't get it
01:00:080 (5,6) - ^ you mean more symetric with 00:57:827 (1,2) ? done
01:22:616 (1) - Try having the spinner end at volume of 5%, for a more ending effect. Same as Easy diff

[Hard]
  1. Try increasing the slider velocity to 1.60, since the BPM's under 150. it's a hard diff remember? :)
I wont add slider speed just to make it more harder. 1.40 fits good for the bpm it is, and the spacing it got. Have low bpm its one more reason to not have a high slider speed, if so it will be weird clicking slow while move fast with cursor.

00:05:092 (1) - Remove finish Same as Easy diff

  5. 00:21:318 (7,1) - swap NC's here | NC on the (7), and remove it on the (1) | You pretty much NC on the starts of measures (although a bit randomly sometimes) | I understand you want to follow the vocals here, but its best to NC to the music
  6. 00:21:769 (8,1,2) - First example of the sharp symmetry I don't really care for.

I will check others diffs later.

00:52:418 (5,6) - Replace with 00:48:812 (4,5) - for consistency. 00:52:418 (5,6) really dont fit with the sliders Devilish use to 00:48:812 (4,5). It really sounds different.
00:56:474 (4,5) - ^ ?? I didn't get it I meant the same suggestion as above . That's what '^' means :P
01:00:080 (5,6) - ^ you mean more symetric with 00:57:827 (1,2) ? done OxO ok, that works.
Sorry for the typo >w< Hope this clears things up a bit.

I know what "^" means.

But i still don't get it.

00:56:474 (4,5) - Replace this notes with what?

Above, i get it,
00:52:418 (5,6) - Replace with 00:48:812 (4,5)

00:56:474 (4,5) - Replace these notes with 00:48:812 (4,5) too, silly! >w<

But if you're against it, then there's no need to really clarify I guess o3o

[Normal]
Easy and normal feel really similar.. but disregarding that, This map likes to use a lot of sharp corners to change directions in strange ways, mostly due to using symmetry when it really isn't needed.

00:05:994 (5,1,2) - This will make it a bit more smooth. | (5) x400y320 | (1) x224y184 | (2) x128y96 Move the tail end left 2 (small grid) to x112y40 (hover over it with your mouse to see its location) did it, and seems better
00:09:600 (5) - copy (4) slider, rotate it 180° and move it to x352y184 | It breaks the sudden 180 turn you got going here.looks better
00:15:910 (1,2) - For symmetry purposes, why not just make them horizontal flips (flip 1 horizontally) | Wouldn't surprise me if people mentioned this a bunch already heh.why? I think is fine like it is
00:18:614 (3,4,5) - instead of stacking (5) on the (6) slider and using that horrible 180 u-turn at (3). How about using the free space to blanket around the (3) and using (4) and (5) to get closer to the (6) | The only thing that bugs me is how the angle of the straight slider looks. other then that it's fine.seems better indeed

And thats ok. Its not worng, its just her style.
00:21:769 (8,1,2) - First example of the sharp symmetry I don't really care for. It feels a bit forced and honestly would play better if it calmly curved around the outside of the map to meet the slider later on. I agrre, but i must talk to Devilish about that
00:45:206 (3,4) - you could use symmetry to fix these if you want. | http://puu.sh/4M1bZ.jpg | just adjust the other notes and circles after it which shouldn't be much trouble since you don't use symmetry there either. | Only reason why I'm offering this is because of the approach to the (4) is a bit odd, it doesn't flow into the note properly when it could easily be fixed without much trouble.fixed
