International Saimoe League 2013
Just the heads up that the preliminary voting rounds will be starting very shortly to kick off this year's International Saimoe League:

Details about ISML:
It's as plain as voting for those whom you like, be it your waifu or generally characters that have interested you quite considerably from a vast majority of series in the past/current line-ups.
There's a countdown timer when you are voting just so that the site can void off any sporadic vote glitching which has happened in the past but after that you can submit your vote and will be directed to a new page detailing who you have:
During some of the regular necklace voting periods there are random exhibition matches that occur with those who may not have had the chance to participate due to being knocked out of voting contention during preliminary rounds or for those who cannot be allowed as regular voting participants.
E.G. Touhou characters.
Either way, it's fairly obvious who I will be biased towards for this year as I was last year.
