I would want to give skin makers the option to have notes approach over the hit judgement for either visual appeal or to minimize distraction while maintaining ability to tell their judgement.
This feature would be only a skin.ini bool 0 or 1 in their [Mania] section to either have it on or off. The feature would be, of course, be set to 0 as default.

This feature would not effect any player except those who choose to enable it in their skin.ini
