I know it's not what it's actually called -.-
For example, killer song, mapped by suzuly, has several times where the notes come right after each other really quickly in a curve.
I know i have to alternate both fingers, but i cant seem to follow the rhythm, and even when i do follow the rhythm, im too preoccupied with the rhythm and cant move the pen as fast to keep track. Is there a "secret" technique to deal with them, such as timing tricks, or just practice?

Uh maybe a screenshot would help. although it sounds as though you're describing a stream.

Yeh that's a stream. I'm sorry but I can't explain you how to do them better, because I'm no realy good at fast stream(And aslo I move my cursor with mouse).. But I don't think there is a realy technique, practicing help, that's sure.

There's no "secret tricks" or whatever, only practice.

You can practice on these (unranked) maps (though other maps could help as well):

Use NoFail mod and start playing from lower BPMs. Don't worry about missing too many notes, just focus on your finger speed. Once you can keep up with the speed, you can then focus on accuracy.

If he's having a hard time with 166 bpm, I don't think those maps would help him.

Idk try this map
http://osu.ppy.sh/s/39428 Hard diff has some streams so you shouldn't need to really play insane/another.
http://osu.ppy.sh/s/21483 Chocolate diff has streams and pretty good pace probably to start. But yeah no fail might help since it's also pretty jumpy.

You'll find streams easier if you practice slower songs and/or songs with only stream bursts (3-hits, 5-hits, etc) until you learn timing with both fingers. Otherwise, you can practice with the auto-pilot mod to get used to hitting the notes fast, and practice with the relax mod to get used to mouse positioning.

I find streams that come right after sliders harder to time, especially short repeating "hold" sliders.

I'm not, either. :P

I was suggesting to like... (assuming that your stream limit is 150 BPM) by playing 200 BPM maps continuously, you'll slowly built-up speed and able to play 170 BPM streams smoothly later on.

Justice to Believe is a nice stream map. High on streams, low on BPM.
