SliderTickRate 2 is just irritating and it doesn't fit the song. You should be fine with STR 1. In my opinion, STR 2 fits better here, cover more places in the song.
The Hitsounds you use (I mean the one's you've swapped to "Normal") are too loud. If you run 70% Vol. on Soft, that's fine, but if you use these Normal-samples inbetween, they just are too noisy. Generally lowering the vol. by 10% in those sections would do, otherwise, change vol. manually by adding greenlines. The Normal Hitsound sound at the same volume as Custom Clap (that I used in other maps), in my opinion sounds properly.
You could use a Kiaiflash/Kiairefresh in the Chorus, since it sounds like it's always twice the same part there. E.g. you could stop Kiai at 01:03:694 and start it again at 01:03:932. (same goes for other Kiais aswell) I don't want flash kiai here, well.. In general I don't use flash kiai in my maps, I don't find it really fitting in this song.
Unsnapped stuff (they are because of a different offset from the weird timing; sliders ending on a redline):

It's just my impression, but AR3 feels kinda high for that slow song, it felt like being in a hurry while playing. AR2 fits the song better IMO. Is not that low imo, SV 1.20 in a 126BPM fits fine with AR3

I don't recommend such a steep angle into 4, but you could achieve a double blanket by rotating 4 to be parallel with x axis. I feel it good, because in this part I'm following especially the Drums, so the vocal it is in a 2nd place, and a little stop here fits fine for beginners in my opinion.

I kind of like how it plays with increased spacing (because it transverses a red line), so what do you think about placing on the vertical line for symmetry. Or another option that retains distance snap is moving it to x 238 y 297. The flow seems to be better when the note is placed here. I don't want to increase the Spacing just for symetry. I'll keep it as it is.
00:20:856 (4,5) - A lot of whistles to be placing on red ticks IMO. Removed 2 Whistles from this pattern.
00:26:810 (5,6,1,2,3) - I find it unusual on both a technical and flow standpoint that you switch to the much simpler beat right after fully mapping the vocals at the start. How about a timeline like this http://puu.sh/2043P or you could try placing the notes in a more appealing way, but you should try to incorporate more of the vocals here. Actually all the notes are following properly the Vocal, I don't find the necesary to change this pattern, I want to follow the vocal here and this pattern is doing that.

- Tags: En realidad los generos no deberían ir en los tags, los tags son para las cosas relacionadas a la canción, pero bueno si realmente quieres dejar "punk", estaría bien. Prefiero dejarlo, viendo que es una funcion de Punk Rock, de alguna manera tiene algo que ver con la cancion xD. Ademas, de que Punk no va en el genero de la cancion
- Background: La imagén está bien pero está un poco borrosa, especialmente cuando lo ves en una resolución más grande que 800x600. El 99% de los nuevos mapas rankeados tienen BGs que se ven bastante bien en Full Screen, sería mucho mejor si encuentras la misma imagen en una mejor calidad, o en defecto otra imagen. Mucha gente me sugirio esto. AYUDAME PLS!
- Hitsounds: Los hitsounds en los ticks eh... no están tan mal, pero no es algo que deberías usar otra vez en tus futuros mapas D: Me vuelven loco, alguna gente me dice que los use y otras que no. Igual como he dicho en otros maps, no me gustan mucho, pero los senti bien en esta cancion
- Timing: En test no encuentro mayores problemas, a veces un par de ms pero las líneas me parecen un poco extrañas, en especifico como hay un cambio de BPM en el segundo coro pero no en el primero. Voy a verlo más en detalle o si podrías, sería bueno que alguien más lo confirme Vere lo que puedo hacer.

- 02:28:692 (1,2,3) - El ritmo que sigues no es muy intuitivo, si deseas dejar algunos espacios sugiero algo así Listo, pero con distinto ritmo
- 02:36:546 - No está bueno que comienzes después de un spinner en offbeat, incluso si usas un slider. Sugiero algo más intuitivo como esto. Ok, Ok.

- 00:07:032 (1,2,3,4) - Todo este conjunto de sliders debería comenzar 1/2 antes . A lo que me refiero a que el "hold" de la guitarra/bajo comienza en un tick blanco y termina en el rojo, tu empezaste los sliders en el rojo, es decir en un "offbeat", dejando los "holds" sin mappear. No sé si entiendes lo que digo, pero basicamente debería ser así Escucha 00:07:270 - en 25% y entenderás lo que digo. Bueno, esto se puede arreglar fácilmente si corres todos los sliders 1/2 atrás o adelante, pero tendrías que ajustar alguno de los objetos que van antes o despues de los sliders. Wee.. Arregle esto a mi manera..
- 00:10:608 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9) - Este patrón está mucho mejor, solo hay un slider que comienza en 1/2 que en realidad está aceptable. Ok, lo dejo asi entonces haha xD.
- 00:14:660 (1,2,3) - Esto es basicamente el mismo ritmo que este anterior pero comenzaste los sliders en el offbeat :c. No digo que exactamente todos comienzen en 1/1 en la canción pero la mayoría sí. Fixed.
- 00:33:706 (1,2,1,2,1,2,3) - No encuentro muy bueno que hayas usado está técnica en esta parte, especialmente luego de ese patrón de "jumps". En realidad te sugiero que vuelvas a los jumps o intentes otra cosa, no me parece que va bien aqui. Si aún así decides mantenerlo, esta técnica de saltos en pares va de arriba a abajo para que el "flow" sea bueno, el último "par" (en este caso, trio) está al revés, debería ser así. (Realmente creo que no deberías usarlo aqui : x) Uh.. me gusto esta sugerencia, me gusta como fluye, lo pude hacer tranquilamente la primera vez que lo jugue despues de hacer el cambio . Asi que listo.
- 00:55:126 (1,2,1,2,1,2) - En esta parte me parece que está bien, ya que estos saltos siempre se usan cuando hay un ritmo 1/2 constante, como aquí. Sin embargo, el último par de nuevo está al revés, creo que intentas usar una variante de la técnica original, pero no va muy bien. Mejor dale reverse al último par. Buenoo.. :3
- 01:04:884 - Siguiendo tu patrón, aqui deberían haber saltos. Esto es importante, los jumps están bastante bien y debería mantener la consistencia. Incremente un poco el espacio, pero no tanto
- 01:53:466 - Fue notable la ausencia de tus jumps en este coro LOL, no quiero mas jumps ahi xD
- 02:44:658 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7) - Por el stacks, los cambios de spacing de 1/2 en este coro están un poco confusos, sugiero que todos usen el mismo espacio entre notas, puedes mantener el espacio usado para 3,4,5 o 5,6,7 ambos estarían bien pero que sea el mismo para todos. Use 1.0x entre todas las Notas.
- 02:32:024 (1,2,3) - Esto no debería tener NCs? Creo que entendi
- Sobre tus jumps de 3 notas, están bien, me gustan. Sin embargo, noté que a partir del 1er coro comparten el combo con otro patrón, mientras que antes los jumps eran un solo combo. Sería mejor si mantuvieras la consistencia en donde los jump ocupan un solo combo. Estuve arreglando algunos de ellos.
