Hmm, again with the strange rhythm... Maybe just take a close listen at the song as to where all the beats are and adjust your notes/sliders to fit. 00:25:027 (1,1,1,1,1,5) - ect.. Just most of the same places as my Insane mod ^^
03:10:279 (1) - This surprised me. It would be better to split this up into two sliders with one reverse each.

Circle Size 3, if you are not planning on adding another easier diff with CS 3 or 2. I assume 4 is too tough for beginners.

01:25:527 (1) - Rotated elbow slider, uh oh, it looks very awkward. I suggest just using normal slider here.
01:58:668 (2) - Goes off the grid.
02:03:885 (2) - ^
02:11:874 (3) - ^
02:23:613 (1) - This is really impressive, I wish I had patience for things like this :<
03:10:279 (2,1) - The repeats and quick appearance of the next one makes it really tough for newer players, please change.

01:24:194 (4,6) - Not a problem, but these could blanket (5).

[Insane]
00:21:027 (4,5,6,7,8,9) - It looks like two straight lines suddenly turning instead of smooth curve. I don't know if you were aiming for that or not, but if you were, I don't know why, since at least in my opinion it's unfitting :|
00:59:360 (2) - Would be good, if the curve was below instead of above. You need to move (3) a bit to avoid overlap, but it'd be better anyway.
01:00:360 (4) - ^
01:47:360 (2) - End should be on y:264
02:42:279 (1,3) - Use two points for curves and/or make them slighter, they are not cute :<
02:51:862 (5) - Stands out a bit too much from the middle of (4) and (6). Again, just my opinion, and not sure if that's what you were looking for.
