Explain the issue you are having:

This button:

will freeze the game for a couple of minutes until it works as intended

SS of my messy skins folder:

I hope I don't have to completely readjust this folder, cause I'm not good at organising messy stuff lol.
Any quick fixes?

Does it load any faster if you move all those rar and zip files to a different folder? I have about the same amount of skins you do, and it only takes 1-2 seconds to change.

Thanks for your help! It takes around 1.5 seconds now instead of a minute
