Explain the issue you are having:
Click play>solo ...osu! explodes.

1080p for better understanding.

(plus it does nothing when I click "restart", that thing never worked lol)

I can't replicate this. I go into osu direct, hit newest map, hit back button. It lets me play.

Looking at the video closely, it says something like "folder is corrupt", so your computer was probably having an oddity that fixed itself. I'm willing to bet it would have been fixed if you restarted your computer first, too.
