Problems with beatmap thumbnails

Basically none of my beatmaps have thumbnails in the song select screen. This started happening about a month ago but I'm just getting to fixing it now.
What I've tried so far :
- Switching Skins
- These threads :

Check if you have them disabled in settings. Or check that the Version line in the skin.ini file is 2.2 or up, although doubt it's that

I just checked settings I guess I must've turned it off sometime xD
