I use Windows XP, turned it to Windows 95/98 style to reduce lag in osu! and all other application (even with this on, it still lags, i use a laptop)
(image on the left is the 1st monitor, image on the right is my second monitor)

Well the game itself is good the community just sucks. If you can get some people to play privately it's fun to build.
