for example the right side links, the shortcuts are edited to my need, the fonts and color aren't the default. yes, it takes time, but worth it. i had this rainmeter+OD layout for over than 5 months already.

the main idea of this to have an appealing desktop with decent and neat shortcuts for my daily usage

You're so negative against IE (all of you), yet without even knowing - you're using it very very frequently on daily basis.
This has to do with how Windows Explorer is built.

It's built around IE.
