Map duration is slightly over 5 minutes but you can just only mod 01:52:997 to 05:13:225, which is around 3 minutes; ignore the tech parts though as you aren't comfortable with that as you said.
Also, you can just focus on visual and consistency over flow as you said you aren't comfortable with 4.5* and above.
