I took the liberty of playing through all the maps and here are my opinions:
Round 1
07th Expansion - dreamenddischarger [Hard] by AngelHoney
This map is decent, although it's pretty long. There's also a pretty awkward slider section... : /
DJ Manian - Welcome To The Club [Hard] by TakamuraRin
There's a squared pattern in here that, with the already low AR, is just horrible to play.
syatten remixed celas - Bird Sprite -Awakening of Light- [Hyper] by DaxMasterix
This map is good.
Chayanne - Torero [Insane] by Krisom
This map is probably the hardest map in the pool except for the tiebreaker. Personally I hate playing maps like these.
May'n - Ready Go! [Hard] by DiamondCrash
DiamondCrash SV flow is just horrible imo.
fripSide - late in autumn [Hard] by Glass
I like this map a lot.
ELISA - Dear My Friend -Mada Minu Mirai e- [Insane] by DJPop
This map is pretty nice as well.
GUMI - MeguMegu Fire Endless Night [Hard] by kioukiou
Bad map with low ar.
Tie Breaker:

- Matches should be done by February 17th. You may begin your match in the next 2 minutes if you want to, as long as you're done with Round 1.
- If you haven't played Round 1 yet, you should finish that this weekend!
- Anyone in the losers bracket should play their matches within the same timeframe as Round 2, but with the round 1 maps.
- Hoooopefully the mappool is better this time around (inb4 still sucks \o\)

Really disappointed by this tiebreaker. Imo KanaRin is a terrible mapper and this map is nothing but random triples and bad flow.
I would like some other people to voice their opinion on this map since we've had no teams playing it yet, we may yet be able to change it?

I don't think that the map is bad at all, i like triplets, and i can follow around nicely. However it does seam a little too easy for a tiebreaker really. Shouldn't tie breakers be really hard and stuff so you really get who wins out of it?

I guess it should be all right with the jumps and all for a tie breaker.
And I disagree about the flow being bad and KanaRin being a terrible mapper.
It does have "random triples" though, but they don't play nearly as bad as a lot of other maps with them.

Update on «strawberry & blueberry vs holding hands»
strawberry & blueberry did not show up at the agreed upon time, being 10pm Saturday. As MrZoom and myself did not have the opportunity to delay the match till following Sunday or Monday the decision was made to contact MillhioreF regarding this.
It was agreed upon with MillhioreF that we should wait what was seen as a reasonable time (up till 2 hours) to see if they showed up, if this did not happen MillhioreF would approve of a walkover in favour of MrZoom and myself.
They did not show up, so if I'm not all mistaken this walkover is now in effect.
