This is totally 4/4 resetting. It does the same style of beat three times, then a different style into the reset. So it's like, 4/4 three times, then 4/4 into a reset.

Oh hi! I'm here just to point out that you not eternity right every time, if you can count carefully this is actually beginning in 75pbm with 3/4 following by 4/4 and 2/4 in the end. (on 45.820 there must 2/4 but this is unable in osu) And there a lot more switches with 3/4 5/4 and 6/4 I'm just too lazy to point this all out and don't think this is such wrong deal to not have always 100% accurate meter signature is osu in such complicated songs.

Besides that, here is a small mod.
  1. 03:53:826 (1,2,3,4,5) - Ctrl+G this for better playability. The jump for this stream is too far, and easily break the flow.
  2. 07:39:000 (1) - Change combo color of this combo to red for better readability. This slider 07:38:600 (6,2) - is kinda hard to read due the similarity of color.

- you must add some intense finish spam during the kiai parts. like 1 finish every two white ticks and more finished throughout the whole song. it's really lacking them
- why is there a playfield.png in the folder? does it add to the map in any way?
- where are the kiai fountains? i can't see them o-o
- Reduce the HP drain to 5 or less? It's really high for a marathon.
- add "Simone Simons" in tags

  1. The first downbeat is incorrect.
    I saw that people wanted to simplify the timing, I can't really agree but whatever, but the downbeat needs to be corrected.

    Set the first offset to 00:25:812.

  1. 03:15:320 - It feels like there is a note missing here. Why not have a stream all the way up to the slider? It's in the music and to be expected.
  2. 03:31:320 - Same here.
  3. 04:12:230 - Is it intended to be soft hitsounds here? The clap sounds bad. Why not continue using normal since it's an active drumming part? If you really want to keep it soft, can you at least figure out some custom sample to replace the clap?
That's all.
Sadly I can't approve this right away because of the timing issue (incorrect downbeat), but I believe I could be able to restore the bubble #2.

Though, why did you increase AR to 9? 8 was such a fitting AR for this. This map can be played nicely with doubletime too and with AR9 that's kinda out of the question, besides AR9 looks dumb here.

EDIT: After some checking around, since the timing of the notes didn't change, I am actually allowed to approve this.
