I am sorry, but in my opinion, this is not a Normal Diff, the DS is a bit too high, you require fasttap of 206 BPM here, what is definitely not Normal.
If you keep these things, you should rename the diff at least to Normal +.
Examples:
00:04:780 (1,2,3) - E.g here, this is not normal^^ It looks quite too hard to be a Normal diff
00:16:430 (1,2,3) - 200 High Bpm Fasttap, please not in normal diff.
00:52:547 (3,4,5,1,2,3) - Same here.

Other things, if you keep it the way you got it:
00:08:275 (4,5) - Make the 4 lead to the 5, you should be able to create a fluctive movement here.
00:11:770 (1,2,3) - Maybe give them a shape? curve, corner or sth
00:35:362 (2,4) - These two should have a shape as well imo.
00:39:731 (1) - Doublecurve maybe? Because he talks weird in this time :D

  4. 00:11:187 should be somethink here since that spot feel so empty imo add a circle or convert previous circle in a 1/2 slider
  5. 00:12:935 NC the flower gonna look better also the music change a little here
  6. 00:22:984 you map the previous vocals whhy you ignore it here 00:22:984

  2. 00:29:246 (2,3,4) - a little hard for a easy diff conver they in 1/1 repeat slider or 1/2 and then a circle gonna be more noob friendly
  3. 00:59:828 add a circle here

[Tsusuko's Easy]
Nothing important, just personal opinions

  1. 00:26:333 (1,2,3) - I think this change is too sudden for a newbie player, they might get confused about how fast fast they have to press the the slider, I think making (1,2) a slider is better.
  2. 00:54:294 (1,2,3) - same for this combo
  3. 00:59:537 - I think it sounds better if you silence this slider tail, or making the volume really low, sounds better imo
Really good made this difficulty, you did a great job


[Normal]
  1. 00:03:032 (2) - For visual, you can change the shape of this slider: http://puu.sh/jgIIp/775a772526.jpg something like this, I think it looks much better, just my opinion.

  3. 00:14:391 (2) - I don't really like how this plays, instead of usin a 1/4 slider you can use a normal 1/2 slider
  4. 00:17:013 (3) - I feel that if you stack this with (4) it will plays much better

I like the structure of this set, but you have some errors, like ending sliders in the stronger beat/snare just a few of them, try to avoid doing that in your future maps, just do something like that with a strong justification

some visual improvements can be applied here but like I said before, that's just my very personal opinion

[Insane445]

  1. 00:02:158 (2) - I don't feel a slider like this would work in an Insane, it just feels bad, but that's only my opinion, a normal stream or 2 1/4 sliders will be much better for Insane difficulty
  2. 00:05:071 (2) - you had a really good flow until this note, why not using the same pattern as before? like this one 00:04:197 (4,5) -
  3. 00:10:022 (4) - NC here? feels better with the rhythm
